Industrial-Grade, Triplex Tank Water Dealkalizer Skid for the boiler feedwater at a major paper-making mill. Key features include epoxy-lined, ASME-stamped carbon steel pressure vessels (36" diameter), 316 stainless steel interconnecting piping (4" service headers), 25 ft3 anion exchange resin per vessel, pneumatic-actuated butterfly control valves, stainless steel pneumatic tubing, magnetic-type flowmeters, and an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC/HMI panel, which is also programmed to control and monitor the existing water softener system. Skid-mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired, and factory tested. Brine tank and caustic injection system provided but not shown.
