MARLO Cation-Anion, Separate Bed Deionization (DI) Skid for the rinse water at a metallic parts plating facility. An "Old School" technology but still a good fit for some water treatment applications.
Key features include Vinylester lined carbon steel pressure vessels, Georg-Fischer pneumatic-actuated ball valves, Sch 80 PVC pipework, and a Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI control panel. Automatic resin regeneration cycles with hydrochloric acid (HCL) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH). Fully skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested.
