Duplex Series Mixed-Deionizer Skid

Industrial-Grade, Duplex Series Mixed-Deionizer Skid for the production of 18 Meg-Ohm quality water for the container rinsing operation at a major chemical manufacturing company.  Key features include rubber-lined, ASME stamped carbon steel pressure vessels (36” diameter), 316 stainless steel interconnecting pipework, pneumatic-actuated butterfly control valves, Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC/HMI panel, and Rosemount instrumentation for the product water resistivity meters and regeneration chemical strength.  Skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired, and factory tested. Acid and caustic injection pump skids provided but not shown.
