Duplex Water Softener System

MARLO Duplex Water Softener System for the polishing of RO water at a Soybean processing plant. Key features include 48” diameter, FRP pressure vessels, pneumatic-actuated butterfly control valves, Sch 80 PVC pipework, Carbon Steel Skid/Frame assembly, and a Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI control system. Alternating tank flow configuration for continuous soft water supply. Equipped for a direct liquid brine feed from existing brine pumps and bulk silo.  Design service flow rate of 200-GPM.
