Duplex Water Softener System
MARLO Duplex Water Softener System for the Central Utility Plant at a State Correctional Center. Key features include 96” diameter, ASME epoxy-lined carbon steel tanks, 8 Million Grain Capacity per tank, electric-actuated butterfly control valves, 10” 304 Stainless Steel main service piping headers, Sch 80 PVC pipework for backwash/regeneration lines, Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI Panel, and fully skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested. Skid can be split into (2) sections to help facilitate installation. Designed for outdoor installation and the future expansion for a 3rd softener tank.
