Quadraplex Water Softener Skid

MARLO Quadraplex Water Softener Skid for the ingredient and utility water at a Dairy and Plant-Based Nutritional Beverage Production facility. Key features include 54” diameter epoxy-lined, ASME Code Stamped carbon steel pressure vessels, pneumatic-actuated butterfly control valves, Sch 80 PVC external pipework, 304SS internal distributor piping system, Endress-Hauser flowmeters, and Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC/HMI control panel. Progressive flow configuration with 1-4 tanks online depending on actual water demand.  Fully skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested.  Special “2x2” design layout to accommodate facility space restrictions.
