Triplex Water Softener Skid

MARLO Triplex Water Softener Skid for the Central Utility Plant (CUP) at a Pre-Packaged Egg Products Facility. Key features include 84” diameter epoxy-lined, ASME Code Stamped carbon steel pressure vessels, electric-actuated butterfly control valves, welded 304 stainless steel pipework with 8” flanged service headers, and Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC/HMI control panel. Progressive flow configuration with 1-3 tanks online depending on actual water demand. Fully skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested. Bulk brinemaker silo and brine pump skid provided but not shown. The skid can be separated into (3) sections to better facilitate shipping and installation.
